The investors and leadership team had set an ambitious goal of scaling from 0 to 35 new team members and opening a new and market leading tech-enabled veterinary practice. A revolutionary hiring experience was central to their success. 

 

We designed a bespoke human-centred hiring solution which was the first of its kind in the veterinary profession. To maintain the momentum behind their strategy to scale at pace, the Co-Founding team required 10 new hires across multiple teams, at varying operational levels. A cultural match was essential to each team member's success.

The Co-Founders had strategic objectives to expand in the UK and Europe market, which was driven by a combination of new client acquisition and investor expectations. Creating a talent brand identity and candidate experience was key to their success. 

 

We created and implemented a total end-to-end recruitment solution including a bespoke candidate experience, talent brand playbook, and assessment process, supported by a newly installed recruitment tech stack.
